When a guest wishes to reschedule without adequate notice, shows up late for a service, or forgets to show altogether, we are unable to fill that time slot with a person who is patiently waiting. It is also unfair to guests scheduled later in the day to bump their service time back to accommodate tardiness. Any guest cancelling or needing to reschedule their service with less than 24 hours' notice, arriving late to their service, or forgetting to show for their service, will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure any future services at LUUM salon.
